Every sight visit he performed, as well as the instillation and a follow up visit, (coming all the way from Pennsylvania to Virginia!!!) was a pleasure and wonderful experience. more beautiful than we could have dreamed

"Our newly purchased house was very outdated and needed a completely new kitchen and bathroom. We began meeting with different contractors a week after we closed on the house. We then met with Sylvan. He didn't fit the typical contractor persona. Instead, he was very genuine and showed a keen interest in our project. He was positive and actually excited about all the ideas we had; where other contractors acted as though it was "just another day at the office," Sylvan showed real excitement about getting involved in our project. We had initially thought the size of the kitchen could accommodate only a small pantry, but Sylvan presented us with a design that would not only increase the size of the pantry but also give us a large center island. Sylvan was always honorable and did the right thing with any issue that arose while the work was underway. Any large construction project is going to have its problems, but it is how the contractor handles them that counts. We were confident that no matter what happened, we could count on Sylvan and his crew to do the right thing. This is the kind of peace of mind you want in a contractor. Our remodeled home is more beautiful than we could have dreamed. "When we purchased our new home in 2018, we knew the kitchen would need updating, so we set out to look for a well qualified company to provide us with the kitchen of our dreams. We had several failed attempts with larger franchise companies, due to hidden costs, lesser quality for our budget, or busy schedules; therefore we set out to find a custom woodworker in Lancaster county to build our cabinetry. After at least a half a dozen phone conversations with many craftsmen, Sylvan at Misty Creek Woodworking made our choice easy. He was timely and knowledgeable with his responses, his team built beautiful custom cabinetry, and the entire renovation was coordinated with them from the blueprints, design sketch, countertops and tile work all the way to the plumbing and electrical work. The process went smoothly and the work was all completed within a short timeframe and within our budget. Misty Creek Woodworking listened to our design ideas, as well as our concerns, and addressed any issues that arose promptly with professionalism and a smile.
